A ”new and romantic” wine experience in which we offer you two different experiences according to the season, one in summer and one in winter.

In wintertime the atmosphere of the lit fireplace will accompany you in this special experience, while in summertime you can enjoy the food and wine experience in an exclusive location by our pool. In both cases the tasting will include a full menu of 5 local dishes paired with 5 wines.

Food & Wine tells the story of the Valtenesi territory, Lake Garda and its products, through a unique tasting itinerary in a charming atmosphere: the dishes are prepared with the farm’s raw materials and products; the paired wines tell the story of the types of grapes that the Valtenesi is home to. A wine territory that rises in the hills of Garda and that you can discover with this wine & food experience that will enchant you.

WINTER TASTING MENU

Appetizers:
Local salami with hot bread bites, local coppa with breadsticks and crushed lard and bear garlic.
Baked pear with gorgonzola heart, walnut grits and honey.

First course:
Fresh egg macaroni with pumpkin and pumpkin sausage cream.

Second course:
Beef with Garda oil with polenta and potatoes.

Dessert:
Warm torta di rose with Zabaione made with our Vermouth Rosa Ballerina.

SUMMER TASTING MENU

Appetizer:
Marinated trout tartare with citrus from the Lake Garda and olive oil

First course:
Tortello stuffed with goat cheese on a summer velouté from the garden

Tagliolino with lake ragout

Second course:

Cut of lamb depending on availability

Dessert:

Torta di rosewith custard
