During the booking process you will be asked to accept the terms and to read them.

The following conditions are applied:

• within 72 hours before : free cancellation. 100% refund, net of any irrecoverable commissions to process the payment equal to € 0.49.
• July, August and holidays: free cancellation within 15 days before.
• Beyond the terms indicated above: 100% penalty. No refund.
• No show: 100 % penalty
• Weather conditions: tours are carried out even in case of rain. If the customer does not indicate the desire to cancel the tour due to bad weather within the time limits indicated above, no refund will be made
• Cancellation made by our agency due to bad weather, force majeure or any other reason, we will provide a voucher valid for one year or we will make a full refund
