During the booking process you will be asked to accept the terms and to read them.

The following conditions apply:

• within 72 hours before the experience’s start: free cancellation. 100% refund, net of any fees by ticket emission € 0,49. Exception made for July, August and national holidays.
• July, August and national holidays: free cancellation until 14 days before. 100% refund, net of any fees by ticket emission € 0,49.
• under above deadlines : 100% penality. Full charge, nor refund.
• No show: 100 % penality. Full charge, nor refund.
• in caso of bad weather: tours run even in rainy weather. If the customer does not report the desire to cancel the tour due to bad weather within the time limits indicated above, no refund will be made
• Cancellation by our agency due to bad weather, force majeure or any other reason, we will make a full refund
• Causes of force majeure (eg COVID): full refund or voucher for date change
